At Canari, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
